"Personal Development with a Compensation Plan"

So, I was going to do a blog post on high quality, immune system-supporting nutrition that's delivered to your home… certainly a critical need in the world right now. Instead, I’m going to talk about how doing just that for your own family and sharing with others, with them doing the same, can create a long-term income-producing asset NOW and into the future.


Incomes are decreasing & disappearing overnight because of the Coronavirus, and our health has never been a higher priority. I have a nutritional & financial response: my Networking Marketing company, Isagenix! If your nose just scrunched up and your eyebrows came together, keep reading! How Does Network Marketing (Isagenix) Work?

(About 20% of my clients fall into the category of "salespeople," or teammates, while 80% are happy, healthy product users!)

The photo at the top of this blog is a very different visual than who I was 5 years ago. Before 2015, I was quiet, shy, and I didn't know it at the time... but I lived a smaller life than I do now. What I mean by that is, I've grown in such a way that I know my skill set. And, I more willingly share my skills & gifts with others. I owe this shift to Network Marketing. The personal growth & development of this professional is profound. We earn while we learn, and for that I'm so grateful! Network Marketing is "personal development with a compensation plan." We're never done growing. So, what's super exciting, is if I've grown & developed this much in 5 years, I can't wait to see the Monica that shows up 5 years from now, thanks to continued personal development & Isagenix! I'm also grateful for my flexible work schedule, particularly now that I've retired from my corporate legal career. I love what I do, so I'm in my business often. That said, when our puppy needs to go to the vet, when my mom needs help with something at home, and when we're not in quarantine... a massage, yoga practice, or happy hour in the middle of the day is pretty standard operation! This is time freedom, and it's available for you too!


If someone made me choose between the delicious, simple & effective Isagenix nutrition, the crazy-generous compensation plan, or the team & community of people I've met along the way... I'd run away before I had to answer... Because I can't choose. My life has benefited in a massive way because of these 3 items within my Network Marketing business. Some of the most positive, empowering & supportive people I've ever known, I met through Isagenix. Perhaps you've heard that you're the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with? Well, in addition to my mom & my husband, I'm proud of my Isagenix community that I spend so much time with and have been influenced by.
